What if I want to go to a destination not shown on the website?

We can customize a trip for you to any of the destinations on the circuit. Contact us to discuss where you would like to go and what you would like to do while there, and we can build an itinerary specifically for your group.

What kinds of activities can we do?

We specialize in one-of-a-kind adventures and have relationships with local suppliers in many industries that  allow us to find almost any activity.  From a day on track in Las Vegas with a local race car driver  to a personally hosted local tour of Monaco, we will find the right experience for you and your travelers, whether its art, history or culture, or something a little more adventurous like skydiving or shark diving (location specific).

Are the itineraries pre-planned group tours?

We do offer pre-planned group tours from time to time. However, the itineraries you see in the site are sample itineraries for planning purposes.

Why is there a sample itinerary and no pricing displayed on some tours?

Until a tour is actually reserved, we are not able to guarantee the availability of the hotel and excursions. Pricing can change for this reason. Pricing can also change depending on the date of booking.

Why does pricing change based on when we book?

As it gets closer to the time of travel, prices can rise and availability can be limited. It’s best to book early for these reasons.

What happens if we miss one of the tours? 

You may be able to join the tour in process but you will need to provide your own transportation. There are no refunds if you completely miss the event as reservations are prepaid.

Can you book groups?

We can book groups of any size. Contact us to discuss your needs.

How big of a group do we need to get a discount?

Groups of 10 or more are eligible for discounts at most places.  

Why do you recommend travel insurance?

Travel insurance is for unforeseen events, such as illness or injury that prevents you from traveling. Many tours are non-refundable once booked. The best way to determine if travel protection is right for you is to get a quote. You can then decide if the cost outweighs the benefits if something were to happen that prevented you from traveling.

What is the refund policy?

The refund availability of a refund will depend on when your trip was booked. If you cancel immediately before bookings have been made or deposits given, refunds are more likely. However,  once a tour has been booked and deposits given, many times it is not refundable. It is best to contact us and discuss your options if you need to cancel.

Why is airfare not included?

Our tours are accessible to travelers worldwide, so we are not able to provide rates from your location in he package price.    

Do you provide travel visas? 

We are not able to provide visas. You will need to contact the Embassy for the destination to determine if you need an entry visa with your passport. (This can usually be determined online.)  Please note that Mexico, The UK and the EU are rolling out new visa requirements Check  the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) for additional details here: https://www.etiasvisa.com/

How do we know if there are travel restrictions for the destination? 

Contact the State Department (if you are in the USA) at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html for up-to-date travel advisories. Outside the US, contact the embassy for the destination. 

 Pre-planned Tours:

How big are the groups? 

The maximum group size is 20 people, and the minimum size is 12. 

What happens if  the minimum people for a group is not met? 

In the event the group is not filled, you will have the option to convert to a private trip or cancel. 

What if I want to do different tours than what is on the itinerary? 

We can alternate tours for you. However, you will not be able to take advantage of the group rate for these tours and transportation may not be provided. Contact us for additional details. 

Are these guided tours? 

These are independent tours, meaning you will be provided with times and pickup locations for events and excursions. It is your responsibility to make sure you are at the pickup location at the appropriate time.  Excursions are guided per the itineraries.

Can couples or friends go on the tours, or is it only for single people?

The tours are designed for the solo traveler, although anyone can participate. These are not singles meetups, so friends are welcome to join you. For most tours, pricing does remain the same. However, in some cases, we may be able to offer a lower rate for a shared hotel room. Please contact us to discuss your individual situation.
